Books are great. But if you don't pick the right one reading books can become a chore. This is the start of my newest series..... Book Reviews! In this series, I tell you guys all about some of my favorite books and give my honest ratings from 1 to 5.
Genre: This is for people who like mystery (like puzzles and riddles) and romance
Characters:
In any book, characters are some of the important aspects of a book. One of the reasons I like "The Inheritance games" is because of the unique and diverse characters. All of them have different personalities and interests.
The main characters are:
Avery Grambs
Grayson Hawthorne
Jameson Hawthorne
Alexander (Xander) Hawthorne
Nash Hawthorne
There are also a bunch of side characters that make the story that much more interesting but I won't spoil too much for you.
Plot:
The plot is so interesting that I couldn't put down this book until I finished it! There is also a big plot twist at the end which was a nice surprise.
The entire book starts out with Avery Grambs. Her mother dies and her life starts becoming hard. She lives with her sister who is stuck in an abusive relationship with her boyfriend Drake. They barely have enough money to get by but she's happy. One day her life changes drastically. Tobias Hawthorne. The 9th richest man in the world has given her everything. The money and properties that he owned in his life while giving his family nothing. Avery is puzzled as to why a man she has never met would give her his entire life's work. In order to receive her inheritance she has to move into the Hawthorne house where she meets the Hawthorne brothers. Grayson is convinced that Avery is a con woman and is out to prove that very fact. This book is filled with mystery and romance, puzzles and riddles.
Cover page:
Another thing that I like about this book is the cover page. It's mysterious and really pretty. I like the use of green because I feel like that color really adds to the whole spooky vibe
